  • Initial Consultation

    A 60 minute virtual visit where we will discuss your health history, medication history, weight loss goals, review lab results (to be completed prior to visit) and create a personalized weight loss plan. When you book your appointment you will receive required forms that need to be completed and submitted 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Follow Up Visits

    A 30 minute virtual visit to monitor and evaluate your progress in your weight loss journey, provide ongoing support, and make any necessary adjustments to your weight loss plan. These visits are an essential component of a comprehensive weight management program.

  • Monthly Compounded Tirzepatide

    Includes a 30 minute virtual follow up visit and 30 day supply of compounded tirzepatide (Subcutaneous Injection). Medication and supplies are mailed to your home directly from the pharmacy.

  • Monthly Compounded Semaglutide

    Includes a 30 minute virtual follow up visit and 30 day supply of compounded semaglutide (Subcutaneous Injection or Oral Troche). Medication and supplies are mailed to your home directly from the pharmacy. Note: No increase in price with increased dose.

  • Prior Authorization

    As insurance companies recognize Obesity as a chronic condition, some insurances will cover the cost of commercial weight loss medications (coverage may be partial or in full and varies based on individual insurance plans).

    If the provider confirms a medication is appropriate for your treatment plan and you would like to obtain the medication using your insurance, the provider will complete a Prior Authorization and submit the prescription to your pharmacy.
