Need annual lab work done but the cost through your insurance is too high or you can’t get an appointment with your PCP or you don’t have health insurance?

Includes Basic Annual Labs and virtual follow-up visit with Nurse Practitioner Melanie Spotts to review results of blood work

Steps:

  1. Schedule an appointment for a minimum of 2 weeks out.

  2. Complete your patient profile through the Optimantra Portal (you will receive a link in your email to create your account with Optimantra when you book your appointment).

  3. Add your health history to your patient portal.

  4. Basic annual labs will be ordered by Nurse Practitioner Melanie and you will receive an email from Rupa Health with instructions.

  5. Schedule an appointment with Labcorp to have your labs done ASAP, it is recommended that you have fasted (nothing to eat or drink other than water) for 8 hours prior to your blood draw.

  6. Complete the scheduled lab draw.

  7. Log on to your virtual visit with Melanie, NP on the day and time you selected to review your results.
